Please take a moment, using the form below, to provide basic contact information and desired dates.  We will contact you via e-mail to confirm the dates and the rates, including 9% Vermont State Tax. 

The e-mail will direct you a Bookings page where you will have the option to pay by Pay Pal, credit card or check.  To hold the reservation a 50% deposit and a $500 security deposit will be required.  Final payment is due one week before arrival.

Final payment  must be made no later than one week prior to occupancy.
The Security Deposit is refundable within 15 days after the rental period if renter leaves the property clean and undamaged and returns all keys
Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel the agreement for any reason, the deposit will be returned if we are able to rent the property for the rental period with the following expectations;

We are unable to rent the property and you notify us:
  • Within 29 days of payment: 100% refund
  • Less than 30 days of arrival date: 75% refund
  • Less than 7 days of arrival date: 50% refund
Where appropriate credit card transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
